Peregrin Took, or Pippin, as he was known by his friends and those whom he stole from, is the youngest member of the Fellowship of the Ring.

Though he joined with Frodo, Sam and Merry on a whim, his loyalty to his friends, like Merry's, cannot be doubted.

Pippin may be young, but proved his worth in the valiant defense of Frodo in the Mines of Moria, though the whole trouble may have resulted because of his clumsiness.
